Sephora Operations Associate, full-time hourly role in Bloomington, MN. Inventory, merchandising, and client support at Mall of America location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and ensure adherence to operational standards
- Manage inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, and fulfill orders
- Assist with visual merchandising to maintain Sephora's brand presentation and promotional setups
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales objectives
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, openness, and teamwork
- Maintain store safety, security, and compliance with company policies
- Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
