Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintenance of operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand identity through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness where all employees feel empowered and valued
