Sephora Operations Associate part-time position in Birmingham, AL managing store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain operational standards across inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment
- Manage visual merchandising to ensure accurate promotional setups, event execution, and Sephora brand presentation
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals and outstanding customer experiences
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, openness, and teamwork that empowers all colleagues
