Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient customer experience
  • Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, and order fulfillment
  • Assist with visual merchandising and ensure promotional displays and event setups reflect brand standards
  • Deliver high-quality client service and support teammates in achieving sales and service objectives
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping environment
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability to meet required weekly shift and scheduling expectations (including nights, weekends and holidays)

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment
