Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient customer experience
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, and order fulfillment
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure promotional displays and event setups reflect brand standards
- Deliver high-quality client service and support teammates in achieving sales and service objectives
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping environment
- Maintain punctuality and reliability to meet required weekly shift and scheduling expectations (including nights, weekends and holidays)
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and convey product knowledge quickly
- Team-oriented mindset with a goal-driven attitude
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Experience
1–2 years in a retail, hospitality, or client-facing role, with hands-on experience in stock handling or visual merchandising preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or hospitality coursework is advantageous.
