Sephora in Bethesda, MD seeks a Part‑Time Operations Associate to manage inventory, merchandising and store operations (Hourly $21.75–$24.88/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations to ensure efficient, client-focused service
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, cycle counts and receiving
- Execute order fulfillment and maintain accurate stock records
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards
- Support team sales goals by delivering excellent client service and product knowledge
- Uphold company policies and operational standards to ensure a safe, compliant store environment
- Maintain punctuality and meet scheduled shift requirements, including nights, weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented mindset
- Ability to learn product information quickly and convey knowledge to clients
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Availability for flexible scheduling during peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)

1–2 years in a retail, hospitality, or client-facing role; demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, sales-driven environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal degree not required.
