Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and maintain operational standards.
  • Execute inventory control tasks including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to accurately reflect Sephora brand standards and event activations.
  • Deliver dependable service by assisting the sales team to achieve store targets and by responding promptly to client needs.
  • Uphold company policies and loss-prevention procedures to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and scheduling flexibility to cover peak retail periods including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
