Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations to ensure efficient workflows and a polished client experience.
- Perform inventory control duties including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and execute events.
- Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store sales goals.
- Adhere to company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
- Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance to meet scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred.

- Proven communication and interpersonal skills; able to support and collaborate with a sales team.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it effectively to clients.
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely.

Experience
1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment is preferred; candidates with foundational retail experience and a strong customer-service orientation are encouraged to apply.
