Sephora Bend, OR is hiring a Part‑Time Operations Associate to manage inventory, merchandising and store operations. $18–$23/hr.

Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and maintaining operational standards.
- Manage inventory lifecycle: receive shipments, perform stock replenishment, cycle counts, and support order fulfillment.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand presentation.
- Support the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to store sales objectives.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture and uphold Sephora policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability; be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client‑facing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑service orientation.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey it to clients and teammates.
- Dependable attendance and flexibility to meet scheduling needs.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry‑level retail experience preferred — typically 1–2 years in retail, hospitality, or a client‑facing role with demonstrated reliability and basic inventory/merchandising exposure.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post‑secondary education in retail, business, or related fields is a plus but not required.
