Sephora Bend, OR is hiring a Part‑Time Operations Associate to manage inventory, merchandising and store operations. $18–$23/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and maintaining operational standards.
  • Manage inventory lifecycle: receive shipments, perform stock replenishment, cycle counts, and support order fulfillment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand presentation.
  • Support the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to store sales objectives.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture and uphold Sephora policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability; be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client‑facing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑service orientation.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey it to clients and teammates.
  • Dependable attendance and flexibility to meet scheduling needs.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Experience
