The Part-Time Operations Associate supports Sephora’s daily store operations, including inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and promotional and event execution, while helping deliver strong client experiences and meet sales goals. This is a permanent, part-time role requiring 15–29 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment, while maintaining operational standards.

Qualifications

- Punctual, with consistent attendance.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
