Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, ensuring operational standards and a safe shopping environment
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts, and order fulfillment
- Assist with visual merchandising and timely execution of promotional setups and in-store events
- Contribute to an outstanding client experience through supportive, client-focused service and teamwork
- Adhere to company policies and loss-prevention procedures while maintaining store presentation standards
Qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated time-management capability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented attitude
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey information clearly to clients and colleagues
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
