Sephora Baltimore (Harbor East) seeks a Part‑Time Operations Associate. Hourly $19.80–$26.00; inventory, merchandising and client-service role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain merchandising standards and product availability.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to ensure the store accurately reflects Sephora’s brand and campaign directives.
- Assist in executing in-store events and promotional activities, ensuring timely and accurate presentation of POS and display materials.
- Deliver and support exceptional client service; assist sales team in driving sales goals through operational excellence.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards to create a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by promoting openness, collaboration and reliable attendance across scheduled shifts.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment, or equivalent transferable experience.
- Proven organizational and time‑management capabilities with attention to detail in inventory and merchandising tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable delivering product information and supporting client interactions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and to meet required minimum weekly hours for the role.
- Physically able to lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment, with demonstrated aptitude for inventory handling, merchandising and delivering customer service in a fast-paced store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 26 per hour.
