Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and support in-store events.
  • Support the client experience through attentive service, product knowledge and collaboration with sales colleagues to achieve store sales goals.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards to provide a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Contribute to a culture of inclusivity and teamwork by promoting open communication and reliability across shift teams.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated time-management and multitasking capability.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Ability to learn product information quickly and convey product knowledge to clients and colleagues.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and be available for peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
