The part-time Operations Associate supports Sephora’s daily store operations in Austin, including inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and promotional execution, while helping deliver excellent client experiences and meet sales goals. The role requires 15–29 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
