Sephora in Austin, USA seeks an Operations Associate (Full Time) to manage inventory, merchandising and store operations. $19.80–$22.90/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and maintenance of operational standards
- Manage inventory activities: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure brand-compliant presentation
- Contribute to exceptional client experiences through proactive service and assistance to sales teams
- Uphold company policies and safety protocols to maintain a secure, welcoming shopping environment
- Demonstrate reliability by meeting scheduled shifts and adapting to peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing operational role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; effective team collaborator
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and support sales objectives
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing/walking duties for extended periods
