Sephora (Austin, TX) seeks a Part-Time Operations Associate at TX-Sunset Valley Village. Hourly $19.80–$26.00.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and event activations.
  • Assist the sales team to deliver exceptional client service, contributing to store sales goals and a superior shopping experience.
  • Maintain operational standards and adherence to company policies to create a safe, secure and welcoming environment.
  • Provide reliable, punctual coverage for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment, or a similar operations role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong time-management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Clear, professional communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Comfortable learning and communicating product knowledge quickly to support client interactions.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail tasks for the duration of a shift.
