Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations to ensure efficient, safe and customer-focused execution.
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to maintain brand presentation.
- Support client service by aiding the sales floor team and contributing to sales objectives.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and adhere to company policies and standards.
- Maintain punctuality and meet assigned shift and scheduling requirements, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail, hospitality or client-facing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; effective team collaborator.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform stockroom tasks.
- Availability for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Entry-level: 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment; comfortable in fast-paced, target-driven settings.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 26 per hour.
