Sephora Operations Associate position in Aurora, CO—retail operations, inventory management, 30–40 hrs/week, $19.80–$22.90/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution that reflect Sephora's brand identity
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support the sales team in achieving performance goals
