Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day store operations including stock replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment to maintain product availability.
  • Manage inventory accuracy and back-of-house organization to uphold operational standards and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and event activations.
  • Assist sales teams in delivering exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive stocking tasks.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holiday shifts; reliable attendance.
