Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations including stock replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment to maintain product availability.
- Manage inventory accuracy and back-of-house organization to uphold operational standards and loss-prevention procedures.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and event activations.
- Assist sales teams in delivering exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store sales goals.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture and adhere to company policies to maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
- Maintain punctuality and meet required weekly shift commitments, including nights, weekends and holiday coverage as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, inventory or another client‑facing operational role.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage time across multiple operational tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team‑oriented, goal‑driven attitude.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive stocking tasks.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holiday shifts; reliable attendance.
