Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and presentation standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and campaign execution.
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the sales team to achieve store sales goals and positive customer outcomes.
- Uphold company policies and operational procedures to ensure a safe, secure and compliant shopping environment.
- Maintain punctuality and meet minimum weekly shift requirements; be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a retail, hospitality or client-focused role; demonstrated capability in store operations preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine merchandising tasks.

Experience
Entry-level to junior candidates with 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments. Prior exposure to store operations, inventory tasks or merchandising is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in retail, hospitality or related fields is an advantage.
