Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and presentation standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and campaign execution.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support the sales team to achieve store sales goals and positive customer outcomes.
  • Uphold company policies and operational procedures to ensure a safe, secure and compliant shopping environment.
  • Maintain punctuality and meet minimum weekly shift requirements; be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a retail, hospitality or client-focused role; demonstrated capability in store operations preferred.
