Sephora Appleton, WI seeks a part-time Operations Associate. Hourly $18–$20.50; inventory, merchandising and client-service responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and adherence to operational standards.
- Manage inventory processes: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment to maintain product availability.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure promotional displays, event setups and product presentations reflect brand guidelines.
- Deliver and support exceptional client service to help the team achieve sales targets and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Promote inclusivity and teamwork, maintaining a welcoming environment and following company policies to ensure a safe, secure shopping experience.
- Maintain flexible availability for peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet required weekly shift minimums.
- Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing environment; entry-level candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong time-management and the ability to prioritize shifting operational needs.
- Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable educating clients and collaborating with store colleagues.
- Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality and the flexibility to work scheduled shifts during peak periods.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–2 years in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment; demonstrable experience with inventory and merchandising preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
