Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and supports event activations.
  • Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and contributing to sales objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and safety procedures to create a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
