Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and supports event activations.
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and contributing to sales objectives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety procedures to create a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
- Work reliably within assigned schedule blocks, including nights, weekends and holidays; ensure punctuality and consistent attendance.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
