Sephora Allen, TX is hiring an Operations Associate (part-time) — inventory, merchandising and client service role; pay $19.80–$22.90/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and adherence to operational standards.
- Manage inventory lifecycle: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment to maintain availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand guidelines and event requirements.
- Deliver and support exceptional client experiences that contribute to sales goals and customer retention.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and promote adherence to company policies for a safe shopping experience.
- Maintain punctuality and schedule flexibility to cover peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays) as required.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment; prior retail operations or inventory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
- Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and communicate product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stock-handling tasks.

Experience
1–2 years in a retail, hospitality or client-focused role, with demonstrable experience in inventory handling, merchandising or store operations preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Allen, Texas, USA, with easy access to Dallas.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
