Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations, ensuring systems, displays and back-of-house processes run efficiently
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment
  • Assist with visual merchandising and execute promotional setups and in-store events to reflect brand standards
  • Deliver excellent client service and support the sales team to achieve store targets
  • Uphold company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment
  • Promote an inclusive team culture through collaboration, punctuality and reliable attendance during scheduled shifts

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing environment

  • Ability to work flexibly including nights, weekends and holidays and to meet minimum weekly shift requirements
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
