Sephora — Aiea, HI: Part-time Operations Associate at HI-Pearlridge. Manage inventory, merchandising and store operations. $19.80–$26/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, ensuring systems, displays and back-of-house processes run efficiently
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment
- Assist with visual merchandising and execute promotional setups and in-store events to reflect brand standards
- Deliver excellent client service and support the sales team to achieve store targets
- Uphold company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment
- Promote an inclusive team culture through collaboration, punctuality and reliable attendance during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing environment
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to operational detail
- Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable conveying product knowledge
- Ability to work flexibly including nights, weekends and holidays and to meet minimum weekly shift requirements
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Skills
Experience
1–2 years in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused role; experience with inventory and merchandising preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or hospitality coursework is a plus.
