Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operational activities to ensure adherence to quality, efficiency and brand standards.
  • Identify, propose and implement process improvements to increase productivity and operational consistency.
  • Monitor, analyse and report operational performance and KPIs; proactively identify issues and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Coordinate closely with store teams and cross-functional departments (merchandising, logistics, HR) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Support scheduling, stock control and loss-prevention practices to maintain operational integrity.
  • Provide practical solutions and recommendations to enhance store-level performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in an operations or comparable role; prior retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise work, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong drive and resilience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Proficient English (professional working level).
