Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end deployment of 360° marketing activations, maintaining operational retro‑plannings and ensuring delivery milestones are met.
  • Draft and circulate creative and execution briefs to cross‑functional 360° experts (studio, digital, retail, e‑commerce) and act as the primary interlocutor for the Offer team on assortment construction.
  • Organise and document project meetings, maintain presentations, produce clear minutes and track action points across stakeholders.
  • Prepare pan‑European activation guidelines and support country teams in adapting and implementing 360° activations, centralising requests and field feedback to ensure consistent rollout.
  • Support post‑campaign analysis (qualitative and quantitative) in collaboration with studies, RGM and market teams, consolidating learnings to optimise future activations.
  • Maintain regular market, retail and digital trend monitoring; construct competitive benchmarks and propose creative, insight‑driven ideas during brainstorming and committee sessions.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a business, communications or marketing programme at Bac+4/5 level (master’s level) seeking a 12‑ or 24‑month alternance (work‑study) starting September 2026.
  • Prior internship or professional experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is required.
  • Strong organisational rigour with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in parallel.
  • Excellent analytical skills and capacity for synthesis to support post‑mortem campaign analysis.
  • Confident interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to liaise with multi‑disciplinary teams across markets.
  • High level of English proficiency is essential.
