Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze omnichannel, web and mobile app data to extract actionable insights for e‑commerce and retail performance.
  • Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product and customer KPIs.
  • Interpret analytics outputs from Google Analytics, Looker Studio and Power BI to support decision making.
