Sephora — Omnichannel Communications Project Assistant (Apprenticeship) in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine, France. 12‑month alternance starting Sept 2026 in the EME marketing studio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support omnichannel project managers within the EME marketing image/creation studio on day-to-day 360° project execution.
- Coordinate creation and deployment of internal newsletters and digital communications, from brief reception through pre‑production and post‑production follow-up.
- Brief creative teams, monitor creative production and ensure timely delivery of assets (print and digital: leaflets, magazine covers, in‑store materials, packaging mockups).
- Liaise with cross-functional partners — retail, activations, merchandising, CRM, digital, advertising, PR, internal communications and training — to operationalise campaigns.
- Track rights and licenses on the internal platform and support Sephora Loves & Sephora Collection animation follow-up.
- Conduct trend and benchmark monitoring to inform creative direction and contribute to creative briefs.
- Support programming and curation of in‑store music playlists, coordinating creative brief and follow‑up with providers.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a master's program in business, communications, marketing or equivalent university cursus.
- Available for a 12‑month alternance/apprenticeship beginning September 2026.
- Autonomous, proactive, curious and creatively minded with strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Good command of English (required); professional French competency is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant internship is preferred.

Entry‑level (internship/apprenticeship). Ideally one prior internship or experience in communications, marketing or creative studio support; candidate should demonstrate familiarity with digital production workflows and cross‑functional coordination.
