Sephora Collection apprenticeship: 12-month Merchandising Operations Assistant role in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Hybrid working.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product marketing, operational marketing, art direction, business development, training) and external partners to conceptualise and execute visual merchandising campaigns
- Develop and maintain merchandising support materials including plans, books, brand guidelines, visual assets, and product labels for seasonal collections
- Oversee supplier relationships and production timelines, managing briefs, technical specifications, and prototype development
- Maintain showroom inventory and product stock management using SAP systems
- Coordinate with regional teams to facilitate seasonal merchandising updates and ensure consistent brand execution
- Conduct competitive analysis and conduct store visits to verify adherence to global merchandising guidelines
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed upper-level studies in Marketing, Merchandising, or Business Administration (Bac+4/5 equivalent)
- Demonstrated attention to detail with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Creative mindset combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent English with openness to international collaboration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Experience
Beginner-level or no prior professional experience; candidates must be currently enrolled in or recently completing a relevant upper-level degree programme.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Merchandising, or equivalent Business Administration studies at Bac+4/5 level (equivalent to Master's 1st year or equivalent commercial school programme).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
