Sephora is hiring a Merchandising Intern in Singapore for Q4 2026, working hybrid in category planning and brand partnership coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with brand partners and internal stakeholders on monthly launch plans, commercial campaigns, and category optimisation initiatives
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to monitor and identify emerging beauty trends, brands, and programs that drive category growth
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reporting and presentations, with deep-dive analysis into category performance and market trends
- Manage animation projects and coordinate closely with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability and operational readiness
- Ensure testers are made available in-store for all SKUs and liaise with brand partners regarding store stock requirements
- Support new store openings and execute merchandising initiatives to drive commercial outcomes

Education
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree programme in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
