Role & Responsibilities
- Support the RGM (Revenue Growth Management) team in defining and implementing Make-up brand space allocation strategy across European markets.
- Perform quantitative analyses to optimize brand allocation by store cluster and customer segment, recommending brand expansions or rationalisations based on performance.
- Partner closely with country teams to align local processes with the European space-allocation strategy and drive adoption of optimisation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Category Managers to optimise in-store brand exposure and assortment expression.
- Coordinate with the Merchandising PMO to specify, pilot and validate tools that streamline allocation and assortment processes.
- Monitor performance metrics and produce actionable reports and dashboards; present insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics or equivalent.
- Recent graduate or first professional experience (internship/apprenticeship) in business analysis, merchandising analytics or a related analytical role; retail or mass-market distribution experience is a plus.
- Fluent English; French strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, structured and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable recommendations and present to diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
