Sephora Merchandise Coordinator in San Francisco: support brand strategies, manage product launches, and drive client experience in hybrid role. $26–$34/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with brands and merchants to manage deliverables, timelines, and asset accuracy for new product launches
  • Manage product and asset updates across channels to optimize the client experience and support business objectives
  • Support creative review processes to ensure accurate product representation across all client-facing vehicles
  • Execute day-to-day product assortment management including data entry, product setup, updates, and ongoing maintenance
  • Generate weekly and monthly cross-functional reports and provide analytical support to merchants for business monitoring
  • Coordinate and track product samples and complimentary items from brand partners for cross-functional projects
  • Provide administrative support to the merchant team including calendar management, meeting coordination, and documentation
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with brand partners and internal stakeholders through clear communication of priorities and updates
  • Manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining data accuracy and attention to detail
  • Identify and propose operational improvements and process optimization opportunities

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in merchandising, retail, beauty, or a closely related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel including data analysis and large dataset management
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities with proven ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional fluency
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships across brands and departments
  • Strong problem-solving orientation with ability to identify process improvements
  • Ability to adapt rapidly to shifting priorities in a dynamic, collaborative environment
