Sephora Madrid hires a Media Coordinator to manage paid digital and traditional campaigns, optimise performance and support cross-market activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, configure and execute paid media campaigns across digital platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube) and traditional channels (TV, Radio, OOH/DOOH).
- Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics (CPC, CPA, CPM, CTR, ROAS, reach, frequency; GRPs, coverage and impacts) to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Implement data-driven optimisations on targeting, creatives, audiences and budget allocation to maximise ROI and conversions across the full funnel.
- Prepare campaign closure reports and maintain dashboards and visualisations using Google Looker Studio and reporting tools.
- Coordinate special activations and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Summer, Holiday) from concept through execution.
- Collaborate closely with local and international creative teams, brand partners and agencies to validate briefs, estimate media needs and control budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media Studies, Journalism or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience managing and optimising paid digital and offline media campaigns with a full-funnel approach.
- Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting campaign KPIs and attribution models to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights and recommendations to local and international stakeholders.
- Fluency in Spanish and a high level of English; Portuguese is desirable.

Experience
2–4 years managing paid media campaigns (digital and offline) in-house or at an agency; experience in retail, beauty or fashion is a strong advantage.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media Studies, Journalism or equivalent.
