Sephora Equipment Operator role in Las Vegas – Full-time warehouse position operating material handling equipment, $21.00–$22.45/hr with benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate motorized and manual material handling equipment (powered industrial trucks, walkie riders, hand jacks, carts) to process orders and support warehouse operations
  • Attain and maintain required certifications in safe equipment operation and battery-changing procedures
  • Operate RF terminals to support company operating systems and inventory control procedures
  • Meet established company safety, production, and service level standards
  • Adhere to all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations; report safety violations to supervisory personnel
  • Comply with all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures
  • Maintain regular and acceptable attendance with flexibility to work designated shifts and overtime as operational needs dictate
  • Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards
  • Cross-train in other warehouse job classifications and assist Maintenance on projects requiring material handling equipment support
  • Respond proactively to direction from Shift Coordinators, management, and departmental personnel

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record
  • Ability to obtain DOT certifications and job-required material handling equipment certifications
  • Strong motor coordination skills for safe equipment operation in confined spaces
  • Detail-oriented mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Capacity to stand, sit, squat, lift, and walk for the duration of scheduled shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Comfort working at heights up to 32 feet when operating reach trucks and similar equipment
  • Positive and enthusiastic demeanor with strong teamwork abilities

Experience
