Role & Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Global Product Classification (GPC) mappings across project phases and help secure mapping integrity within Sephora’s tooling.
• Develop subject-matter expertise in GPC as applied to Masterdata and Merchandising requirements and translate classification rules into operational mappings.
• Assist the Project Manager by preparing and leading portions of workshops, drafting meeting materials, and maintaining project documentation and governance (comitology).
• Coordinate with Merchandising and Masterdata teams to identify and drive data-quality improvements and reach mapping objectives.
• Contribute to cross-regional Masterdata harmonization initiatives, including the creation of a common product masterdata model and franchise alignment.
• Produce analyses and reports using Excel and Power BI to monitor mapping progress, data quality KPIs and project milestones.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a master’s programme specialising in data analysis, supply chain management, or a related discipline at an engineering school or business school.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work on database algorithms and data transformations.
• Advanced competence in Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder workshops.
• Organised, rigorous, able to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
• Genuine interest in the cosmetics and beauty sector.
• Proficiency in English.

Entry-level — suitable for master’s students. No significant prior professional experience required; this is a 12-month apprenticeship role intended for a candidate beginning their professional career.

Education

Currently enrolled in a master's programme (data analysis, supply chain management, or similar) at an engineering school or grande école de commerce.
