Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the global article/supplier database across 30 countries, encompassing over 100,000 articles and nearly 500 brands.
  • Create and update product master data ensuring quality, consistency, and completeness.
  • Implement automated controls using defined data models and propose enhancements to tools, processes, and data visualization.
  • Ensure data quality through the establishment of control procedures and tools.
  • Provide technical support and training to headquarters and country teams.
  • Collaborate with various departments such as Category Management, Planning, CRM, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and IT to gather necessary information for the information system.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a 2-year higher education diploma (Bac +2)

Skills

Initiative and strong interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Rigorous and well-organized Proficiency in English Advanced proficiency in Excel, including macros Knowledge of SAP is advantageous

Experience

Entry-level experience in data management is preferred.

Minimum of a 2-year higher education diploma (Bac +2)
