Sephora UK Master Data Administrator - London. Manage product content and data operations for luxury beauty eCommerce platform. Hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and publish product content across the website, including copy, imagery, video and key attributes
- Ensure all product and brand data meets Sephora standards before going live
- Create and maintain product, supplier, pricing and promotional data across internal systems
- Partner with Commercial teams to gather assets and information for product launches
- Support the setup of new brands and suppliers, ensuring accurate and complete data
- Carry out quality checks across product pages and existing records to maintain high standards
- Manage incoming requests through internal systems, ensuring timely and accurate updates
- Support the setup and execution of promotional campaigns across the website
- Use digital tools and platforms to prepare and optimise product pages for publication
- Build strong working relationships across Commercial, Marketing and Finance teams
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, data accuracy and ways of working
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately at pace
- Confident using Excel and digital systems, with ability to build technical expertise
- Structured and organised approach to managing multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders
- Comfortable working with data and digital tools in an ecommerce environment

Experience
Entry-level experience welcome; prior exposure to data management, ecommerce, retail or beauty retail environments is advantageous but not essential for candidates demonstrating strong organisational and digital literacy.
