Sephora hiring Marketing Project Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Lead strategic marketing projects and PMO initiatives. Full-time, hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets for special marketing initiatives
- Establish and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project-related risks; track progress and propose solutions to emerging issues
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Develop and implement project management processes and tools to ensure efficiency and transparency
- Coordinate across Marketing, Media, Communications, Retail Marketing, and CRM teams to ensure project alignment with global strategy
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between functional teams to ensure cohesive execution
- Develop and execute retail-specific marketing campaigns in line with special project objectives
- Create point-of-sale marketing assets (PLV, signage, and promotional materials)
- Ensure optimal customer journey execution across all touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with CRM teams to optimize customer data collection, analysis, and utilization
- Develop and deploy personalized marketing campaigns based on CRM insights
- Monitor, analyze, and report on CRM campaign performance metrics
Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in marketing with significant expertise in project management and trade marketing
- Proven track record managing complex projects across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of CRM principles and personalized marketing methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects
- Fluency in French and English (required); Flemish (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic oversight with operational execution

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in marketing, with significant expertise in project management, trade marketing, and the demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across multidisciplinary teams. Prior experience in CRM strategy, retail marketing operations, and campaign analytics is essential.
