Sephora — Neuilly‑sur‑Seine: Marketing Operations Assistant (Work‑study) for Makeup & Accessories, 12‑month alternance starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end launch activation: build launchbooks and activation plans in coordination with digital, in‑store, CRM, education and merchandising teams.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and validation processes; coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to maintain marketing coherence across channels.
- Draft briefs and follow projects for in‑store animations, merchandising, training assets, digital assets, social and influencer initiatives.
- Contribute to category management: pre‑launch business analyses to estimate sell‑in and sell‑out, post‑launch sell‑out review and remedial action proposals.
- Monitor monthly best‑seller performance worldwide and by market; perform YTD analyses across Eyes, Lips, Face and Accessories subcategories.
- Assist merchandising: prepare signage and visual assets, help create seasonal merchandising plans and maintain assortment tracking.
- Support commercial photo shoots and in‑store photography logistics, run competitive benchmarks and organise field visits.
- Contribute to events and press days: logistical coordination, visual/text validation, product provisioning and on‑site participation.
- Support sampling and GWP initiatives: coordinate translations, sample shoots, regional needs and build the GWP catalogue and Big Bet activations.
Qualifications
- Eligible for a 12‑month alternance (work‑study) placement beginning September 2026.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in marketing, business, commerce, cosmetics management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest and basic knowledge of the cosmetics market and retail dynamics.
- Rigour, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Entry‑level; intended for candidates at the beginning of their professional trajectory. Prior internships or first experiences in retail, beauty or marketing are advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (Marketing, Business, Commerce, Cosmetics or equivalent) and eligible for a 12‑month alternance starting September 2026.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
