Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Digital Marketing team to build and execute the brand's digital activation and animation plan across Europe.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to design commercial mechanics and customer activations (box & gifting initiatives, games, live‑commerce).
- Manage the Sephora Box programme: define box content with Offer teams, monitor delivery timelines with brands and resolve production/stock issues with Supply Chain.
- Work with creative studio to produce visual assets and schedule their publication on site and app; program in‑app animations and visibilities.
- Monitor, analyse and report campaign and promotion performance (sell‑through, revenue, average order value, drive‑to‑app, incremental sales) and translate findings into best practices.
- Support peak‑period activity by implementing and programming digital activations and providing operational reinforcement.
Qualifications
- Current Master’s level student in a business school or equivalent programme (marketing, digital, commerce).
- Rigorous, organised and analytically minded, with a capacity to summarise data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Creative, curious, dynamic and adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills for cross‑team collaboration.
- Keen interest in web content, digital communication and new technologies.
- Professional proficiency in French and a good command of English.
