Role & Responsibilities

  • Create financial purchase orders.
  • Manage invoices within the SAP system.
  • Coordinate the supply of promotional items to stores.
  • Activate products on the Sephora website and app.
  • Open and manage IT service requests with vendors.
  • Assist in developing consumer analysis reports.
  • Visit São Paulo stores to organize the redemption catalog.
  • Create and track marketing briefings.

Qualifications

  • Current student in Business Administration, Marketing, or Advertising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills.
  • Proactive and communicative personality.

Skills

Financial management in SAP. Effective communication and teamwork. Analytical skills for consumer insights. Project management and organization.

Experience
