Sephora SEA — Marketing Internship (CRM) in Singapore, July–Dec 2026. 6‑month ASPIRE programme focused on customer journeys, app push and retention.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and optimise CRM customer journeys across email and app push to re‑engage dormant or low‑engagement customers.
- Lead research and planning for CRM journey optimisation, including audience selection, message drafting and customer flow mapping.
- Develop and execute a Test & Learn plan for CRM experiments; define hypotheses, implement tests and measure outcomes.
- Drive initiatives to improve app push contactability and conversion performance.
- Track, compile and present journey performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve commercial outcomes.
- Conduct competitor and industry benchmarking to surface CRM best practices and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (digital, analytics, product and local markets) to implement journey changes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in CRM, digital marketing and the beauty industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across stakeholders.
- Curiosity and creativity with a continuous improvement mindset and commercial orientation.
- Self‑starter with a willingness to learn and take ownership of projects.

Experience
Beginner level; suitable for current students or recent graduates with demonstrable interest in CRM or digital marketing. No extensive prior professional experience required; internship or academic project experience in marketing is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
