Role & Responsibilities
- Manage various purchasing categories including communication agencies, content production, events, and intellectual services.
- Develop purchasing strategies and manage calls for tenders aligned with Sephora's Marketing & Communication roadmaps and cost management goals.
- Conduct market benchmarking and monitoring.
- Collaborate with Sephora's legal department and other teams in contract negotiations and supplier base enrichment.
- Incorporate CSR purchasing approaches in sourcing and supplier evaluations.
- Implement performance indicators and savings tracking using the Per Angusta tool.
- Coordinate purchasing actions with Sephora USA, Sephora Asia, and other LVMH Maisons.
- Ensure time-to-market orientation while safeguarding Sephora's interests by analyzing project risks versus benefits.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Purchasing or related field (e.g., MAI, ESSEC, DESMA).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Marketing and Communication Purchasing.
