Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee coordination and movement of fixtures, equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure project execution aligns with timelines, budgets, and operational goals
- Develop transportation metrics, reporting systems, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead day-to-day team operations and provide clear direction aligned with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and external logistics partners to drive efficiencies and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety requirements
- Conduct inventory and material handling operations including put-away, scanning, and accurate placement of items
- Provide ongoing coaching, real-time feedback, and training to floor associates on department procedures
- Perform administrative support, submit WMS tickets, and conduct research to resolve system and operational issues
- Maintain flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required by business needs
Qualifications
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar systems experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
- Proven problem-solving abilities and proactive initiative
- Strong communication and professional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to change
