Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination and movement of fixtures, equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure project execution aligns with timelines, budgets, and operational goals
• Develop transportation metrics, reporting systems, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead day-to-day team operations and provide clear direction aligned with business objectives
• Manage vendor relationships and external logistics partners to drive efficiencies and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety requirements
• Conduct inventory and material handling operations including put-away, scanning, and accurate placement of items
• Provide ongoing coaching, real-time feedback, and training to floor associates on department procedures
• Perform administrative support, submit WMS tickets, and conduct research to resolve system and operational issues
• Maintain flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required by business needs

Qualifications

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar systems experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
• Proven problem-solving abilities and proactive initiative
• Strong communication and professional interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to change
• Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and quality
• Knowledge of operational job functions and cross-functional business relationships

Skills

Experience

Relevant experience in warehouse operations, distribution center management, transportation logistics, or store development project coordination is required. The position requires demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex logistics operations, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across functions.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in supply chain, logistics, or business management is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 108,460 to USD 121,220 per annum.
