Sephora seeks Manager, Social & Community Marketing in Singapore to lead omni-channel social strategy across Southeast Asia and Oceania region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Observe and analyze latest social media developments and trends within the beauty industry to design brand/community social strategies that drive engagement and social share of voice across the SEA and Oceania region
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for the influencer program (micro and nano), including market assessment, go-to-market strategy, platform-specific approach, and operational model
  • Manage creator content across organic and paid social campaigns, partnering with Media and Legal teams to oversee content planning, delivery, boosting requirements, contracts, and usage rights
  • Analyze key social performance metrics and analytics to drive sales and profitability outcomes
  • Manage external agencies' relationships and budget optimization, ensuring timely delivery of aligned content calendars with influencers and beauty advisors
  • Deliver regional community toolkits for Sephora's trend-led marketing campaigns on schedule
  • Serve as custodian of Sephora's unique brand codes and expressions through community toolkit deployment
  • Brief content through the lens of customers and deliver post-mortem reports providing comprehensive performance analysis for all influencer and beauty advisor-led initiatives
  • Analyze and report on Sephora's impact and engagement metrics across owned and earned social platforms utilizing social listening tools
  • Lead as main community contact for brand partners, advising on influencer marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage regional agencies and deploy allocated budget, overseeing invoice processing and vendor payments
  • Lead cross-functional partnerships across Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Operations, and in-country teams in a matrixed organization

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in social media platforms and influencer marketing, preferably within retail or beauty industry
  • Prior experience working on PR and events (advantageous)
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze KPIs and translate performance data into actionable insights
  • Strong project management and planning skills with ability to conceive strategy and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated innovation and creativity in driving commercial improvements
  • Experience managing and working within an allocated budget
  • Experience working with cross-functional partners or clients to meet business needs
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong management skills and international exposure
