Manager, FP&A role at Sephora Singapore. Lead financial planning and integrated oversight across Southeast Asia & Oceania with 8-10 years FP&A experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the monthly financial performance review process, delivering timely, accurate and meaningful management reporting across SEAO
- Provide integrated financial oversight by consolidating P&L, balance sheet and net working capital performance, identifying key movements and explaining actuals versus budget, forecast and prior year
- Lead forecasting, budgeting and planning cycles, including timelines, assumptions, consolidation, review materials and submission requirements
- Establish clear operating rhythms for planning milestones, reporting routines, review forums and escalation mechanisms
- Set planning guidance and governance for country finance teams to ensure consistency, comparability and alignment with business priorities
- Monitor financial risks, reporting gaps and material variances, escalating issues early and coordinating corrective actions
- Support senior stakeholder discussions by translating financial results and planning assumptions into actionable insights for regional leadership
- Coordinate finance inputs for regional initiatives, ensuring clear prioritisation, governance and timely contributions from the finance team
- Build effective working relationships with Global, Regional and Country Finance stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-through on financial queries and actions
- Work closely with the Assistant Manager to align priorities, timelines and deliverables across controlling, forecasting, planning and reporting activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial planning, management reporting or related finance roles
- Solid experience in forecasting, budgeting, financial planning and performance management
- Proven ability to analyse and interpret complex financial information, identify key drivers and provide actionable insights
- Strong understanding of integrated financial management, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and operational performance interdependencies
- Experience supporting planning and reporting cycles across multiple stakeholders, markets or business units with a focus on governance, consistency and execution
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Experience
Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial planning, management reporting or related finance roles, with demonstrated expertise in forecasting, budgeting, performance management and supporting planning and reporting cycles across multiple markets or business units.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline. Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent is advantageous.
