Sephora is hiring a Management Control Intern for a six-month internship starting in January 2027 in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The intern will support Offer and Marketing management control through revenue and margin reporting, omnichannel campaign analysis, budgeting tool deployment and marketing cost analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Offer and Marketing management controllers in their day-to-day work across both areas.
- Update weekly and monthly revenue and margin reports by category (fragrance, makeup and skincare), market and commercial campaign, as well as brand reports including TOP/FLOP, Rolling Forecast and NIP.
- Monitor and analyse omnichannel performance during key commercial periods, including sales, Black Friday, Mother’s Day and Christmas, producing dedicated reports in collaboration with Category Managers.
- Help roll out new budgeting and decision-support tools for Offer Management Control, including testing, drafting user guides and supporting change management.
- Support the Marketing Management Controller with analyses of loyal customer purchasing behaviour and marketing, media and CRM costs.
- Contribute to revenue and margin analysis and, as needed, monthly closing activities, including inventory, depreciation and rebates.
- Work across revenue and margin management, with some exposure to marketing cost control, in an operational role involving Category Management, Marketing and Brand Partnerships.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at a business school or pursuing an equivalent university degree.
- Demonstrates rigour, strong analytical and synthesis skills, and the ability to propose solutions.
- Proficiency with office software, particularly Excel.

Experience
A significant internship in management control would be an advantage; the role is suited to building on a first internship.
Education
Currently enrolled at a business school or in an equivalent university programme.
