Sephora Management Control Intern, Neuilly-sur-Seine: 6-month financial control role supporting global holding operations and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in monthly closure operations, including inter-company refacturations and data validation with accounting and operational teams
- Update holding synthesis files using regular SAP extractions and perform coherence and reliability controls on financial data
- Report key performance indicators (FTE, CAPEX, OPEX) in group reporting tools and distribute reports to operational leadership
- Compile operational data for budgetary processes and integrate figures into the group consolidation tool
- Contribute to testing phases of Smartsheet and support the rollout of Anaplan for holding-level cost management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university programme specialising in Finance, Management Control, or Audit
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of SAP preferred
- Fluent English skills (both written and oral)
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Prior professional experience required
