Sephora — Neuilly‑sur‑Seine: Management Control Intern, E‑commerce & Corporate Reporting (internship) in the Finance team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update weekly and monthly e‑commerce performance reports (revenue and margin) and prepare analysis packages by market, channel and commercial operation.
- Reconcile ordered versus invoiced revenue in collaboration with E‑commerce and E‑logistics teams and support the journalisation of revenue and margin objectives with the Business Analyst.
- Track Paid Media spend and contribute to analyses that optimise revenue generation in partnership with marketing stakeholders.
- Assist management controllers in month‑end closing activities and follow‑up of operating costs, including ad‑hoc analyses on logistics, supply costs and upcoming commercial campaigns.
- Perform daily/weekly controls of revenue flows across systems and support corporate reporting tasks (IT/logistics cost perimeter), updating KPI files and contributing to monthly presentation materials.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business (alternance/internship eligible).
- Strong numerical rigour, organisational discipline and reliability in data processing.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (E‑commerce, Marketing, Supply, Offer).
- Curiosity, proactivity and a desire to develop analytical capabilities in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in Excel; basic knowledge of SAP is a plus. Interest in SQL and dashboard improvement is desirable.

Beginner level; prior internship experience in finance or analytics is appreciated but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field (alternance/internship year).
