Sephora is recruiting a Management Control Assistant Intern for a six-month internship starting in January 2027 in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The role supports France network financial reporting and analysis, tracks commercial targets, and improves reporting processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly financial reports covering revenue, margins and commercial KPIs.
- Distribute and monitor sales targets for brand commercial activations.
- Support the Retail Management Control team with ad hoc analyses for operational teams.
- Analyze network performance using internal tools, including Power BI.
- Optimize and automate existing reports.
Qualifications
- Business school education at Bac+5 level.
- Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- An interest in retail and/or cosmetics is an advantage.
- Rigorous and persistent approach.
- Interest in working in a dynamic environment.
- A first professional experience, such as an internship in a similar role (e.g. management control or audit).
