Sephora internship: 6-month Management Accounting Assistant role in IT, Data & Digital at La Défense, Paris. Finance/Audit specialization required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute monthly closing procedures in coordination with operational and accounting teams
- Collaborate with IT, Digital & Data departments to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial figures
- Prepare and present monthly cost analysis and commentary on IT, Digital & Data service management expenses
- Support financial reporting and presentation of results at monthly closing meetings
- Coordinate with operational teams in managing OPEX and CAPEX by cost category
- Analyze variances between actual and forecasted expenses
- Provide daily support to IT, Digital & Data managers in budget line analysis and financial planning
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses as requested by senior leadership
- Participate in financial oversight of strategic digital transformation projects
- Contribute to process optimization and improvement of financial reporting tools
Qualifications
- Enrolled in final-year studies at a business school or university (or on a gap year), specializing in Finance, Audit, or Management Accounting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in information systems and technology infrastructure

Entry-level internship experience or final-year student with academic projects involving financial analysis and management accounting
Education
Pursuing or completed degree in Commerce, Finance, Audit, or Management Accounting from a business school or university
