Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service and expert artistry.
  • Provide ongoing training in makeup techniques, product knowledge, and selling skills.
  • Stay updated with makeup trends and innovations to guide customers and inspire the team.
  • Drive service and sales performance through personalized consultations and proactive engagement.
  • Oversee the Booxi appointment system and ensure seamless service bookings.
  • Build expertise in My Skin Diag for high-quality consultations.
  • Maintain Beauty Hub standards and ensure operational excellence in stock management and merchandising.
  • Partner with store leadership for impactful campaigns and seasonal activations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support team development plans.
  • Manage Employee Relations processes professionally.

  • Proven experience in beauty or retail leadership with strong artistry knowledge.
